This page details the information collected, processed and stored by AimHi Earth via surveys shared with participants before, during and after our training programmes.

The information we collect

The information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you on each survey that you are asked to complete.

How we use and store your information

We use the information we collect via our surveys to measure and improve the impact created through delivering our training programmes.

This information is also used to inform diagnostic reports that we share with training recipient organisations (i.e. the organisation who has booked the training programme with us). These reports include a general overview of survey responses and do not detail any individual responses or personal identifiable information.

We will never share your personal information with any third parties.

All data collected is stored in a private drive. We review this data quarterly, replacing email addresses with anonymous identifying numbers before permanently deleting any Personal Identifiable Information.
